Luxglo’ 400Gb/s Quad Small Form Factor Pluggable-double density (QSFP-DD) optical module. It provides increased port density and total system cost savings. The QSFP-DD full duplex optical module offers 8 independent transmit and receive channels, each capable of 53.125Gb/s operation for an aggregate data rate of 400Gb/s on 70 meters of OM3 multi-mode fiber or 100 meters of OM3 multi-mode fiber

Luxglo’ 400Gb/s QSFP-DD DR4 optical transceivers are designed for a high-speed link at aggregated data rate of 425GB/s with up to 500m transmission distance of single mode fiber. The transceiver integrates four lasers with center wavelength of 1310nm into a MPO fiber.The transceiver is compliant with IEEE802.3bs standard: 400GAUI-8 electrical interface reach up to 500 meters.

LUXGLO 400G QSFP-DD-FR4 silicon photonics transceiver is based on a new state-of-the-art silicon photonics (SiPh) platform. It uses SiPh chips that integrate a number of active and passive optoelectronic components, Cost-effective and lower power consumption solution for 400GBASE data center. QSFP-DD-FR4 silicon photonics module supports link lengths of up to 2KM SMF with DUPLEX LC connector, compliant with QSFP-DD MSA, IEEE 802.3bs protocol and 400GAUI-8 standards.

Luxglo’ QSFP28 SR4 is Four-Channel, Pluggable, Fiber-Optic QSFP28 SR4 for 100Gigabit Ethernet and Infiniband EDR applications. This transceiver is a high performance module for data communication and interconnect applications. It integrates four data lanes in each direction with 103.1Gbps bandwidth. The length of QSFP28 SR4 is up to 70 meters over OM3 MMF or 100 meters over OM4 MMF. This module is designed to operate over multimode fiber systems using a nominal wavelength of 850nm.

Luxglo’ QSFP28 LR4 are designed for 100Gigabit Ethernet over 10km single mode fiber. They are compliant with the 100GBASE-LR4 and IEEE 802.3ba. Each transceiver incorporates four direct modulated lasers with driver ICs, four PIN diodes with TIAs, and two Mux/De-Mux blocks in a highly integrated LAN-WDM configuration for operation over duplex LC connectors. Mechanical dimensions, connectors and the footprint of this product is QSFP28 specifications compliant. Digital Diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified SFF-8636

Luxglo’ QSFP28 LR is a low power consumption QSFP28 PAM4 transceiver with high performance up to 50G high speed telecom and data communications over single mode fiber. It is compliant with the QSFP28 MSA, and IEEE 802.3cn. The Optical transmitter integrated with DSP that translated two lanes 26.5625Gb/s NRZ or one lane 26.5625GBd/s PAM4 to 26.5625GBd/s PAM4. It contains a single LC connector for the optical interface and a 38-pin connector for the electrical interface. Digital Diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified SFF-8636
